Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Paypal, E-Check, Mastercard, Visa, and Debit Cards with the Mastercard or Visa logo, drawn on Banks located within the USA provided the account holders also reside within the USA. Not all payment methods are available via the web.
Q: When I place my order, how will my gift basket or gift box be shipped?
A: Your order will be shipped using the carrier, United Parcel Service. Your order will ship 'UPS Ground'.
Q: Is shopping on the internet safe?
A: Yes! Security is very important to us. For this reason we have chosen to secure our data on dedicated server(s) within a facility that is used to house the data of major corporations and governmental agencies. This provides an environment that would be difficult for us to duplicate within our own facilities. We have made this investment to provide our customers with the best protection available. All servers are password protected and with extremely limited access. We realize how sensitive your privacy can be and we are committed to assisting in its protection. Q: Who sees my personal information?
A: We use third party software to verify addresses against the United States Postal Service database. We also use a credit card processing company to verify a user's identity and address to confirm that they are using the card in a non-fraudulent manner. Our website is designed to pass your personal information to our database in an encrypted state using the latest Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We also protect your information by storing sensitive data such as your credit card information in an encrypted state and by limiting access to this data. Only those employees whom require access to the data in order to perform their duties are given the security to do so.
Q: Do you collect sales tax?
A: State law requires us to collect sales tax on all deliveries to the State of Missouri.
Q: Do you ship outside the United States?
A: We will ship to any US destination serviced by UPS except for APO and FPO’s (due to the 9/11 regulations).
Q: How are order cancellations handled?
A: Once an order is placed and begins the fulfillment process, it becomes difficult to cancel. Should you need to cancel an order prior to shipment we will do our best to stop it. However, if we are unable to stop it from shipping then it must go through the return policy and procedures. Special orders may not be cancelled. To attempt a cancellation please call us immediately and/or e-mail us. The order should not be considered cancelled until we have acknowledged that we were able to stop the shipment. Again, there is no guarantee of cancellation once the order is submitted.
