Prices listed below are for standard UPS shipping and do not include delivery on Saturday or Sunday. Please remember the shipping day is not included in transit times.
Note: Next Day Air Saver is not available to all destinations. In the event it is not available to the shipping address you have supplied we will contact you with the standard next day shipping price. If we cannot reach you your order will be held until you call to approve the change in shipping.

Standard Shipping and Delivery:  Standard shipping and delivery days are Monday thru Friday.  Please remember the shipping day is not included in transit times.  Saturday Delivery is available upon request for an additional fee. 

Saturday Delivery:  Saturday delivery is available only by shipping next day air on Friday and requesting Saturday delivery in the shipping comments. Standard air options deliver Monday thru Friday only. Saturday delivery is the cost of Next Day air service plus an additional $24.50 and again is by special request only. We do not offer 2nd day air Saturday delivery service.  Transit times do not include the day a gift ships, Holidays, Saturday or Sunday.

     ~ All express orders placed before 2:00 PM CST ship the same business day.
     ~ Express orders placed after 2:00 PM CST ship the next business day.
     ~ All ground orders ship within 1-2 business days.

Area of Delivery: We will ship to any US destination serviced by United Parcel Service (UPS) except for APO and FPO’s (due to the 9/11 USPS regulations).

 Foreign Shipments:  We currently do not offer International shipping.

 APO, FPO Shipping:  Due to strict government regulation we no longer ship to these locations.

Alaska and Hawaii:  Please add $17.50 to the standard ground prices for ground shipping to Alaska & Hawaii (Excluding Fruit, all DSM, LF and Cookies).  Please add $26.50 to the Next Day air prices for expedited shipping to Alaska & Hawaii (Excluding Fruit and Cookies).

Substitutions and Returns:  We do reserve the right to make substitutions and do find the need to at various times throughout the year. Also, not all packaging may look identical to the products photographed as designer packaging does change quite frequently. With this in mind please be aware that a substitution or variance in flavor or packaging does not justify an item being returned at our expense, a discount or refund of any kind. If for any reason other than damages or errors on the part of Giftbaskets By NCN a customer wants to return a gift they may do so at their own expense plus an additional 20% restocking fee.

Shipping Damages or Shortages:  Packages should be checked upon delivery for damage or shortages. The Carrier must be informed and note either of these conditions. Any damages or shortages must also be reported to Gift Baskets By NCN within 2 business days of receipt of your order.

 Incorrect Address, Not In On 3 Delivery Attempts, or Change of Address Charges: All orders that cannot be delivered due to the following: incorrect address, no-one available to accept delivery, requests to change an address once the order has been placed, will be charged an additional $13.50 to fix and forward the package to the correct address.  So please be sure to provide a valid address that a package can be delivered to successfully.  Please note the biggest mistake is a missing suite or apartment number or an incorrect zip code.

Substitutions and Returns

If Giftbaskets By NCN has committed an error or a gift is damaged Giftbaskets By NCN will retrieve the gift and refund it in full or re-ship it. No additional discounts will be offered.

Please take note that we are closed and no shipping will occur on the following days. All orders due to ship on these days will ship the next operating business day.
