Shipping and Handling: The cost for shipping and handling is
detailed in our Shipping Information page, and is summarized upon checkout.
Orders valued at less than $300 will ship under a flat rate all domestic zones
shipping plan – see shipping chart for details.
All returns must be sent to us prepaid, ALL
Shipping and Handling charges are an expense paid to a third party and are
NON-Refundable.
Foreign Shipments: We
currently do not offer International shipping.
APO, FPO
Shipping: Due to strict government
regulation we no longer ship to these locations.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto
Rico, Virgin Islands and
Other US Territories: We will ship to
these locations. Generally US Mail is the least expensive means, however,
please be advised ship time can take as long as 4 or 5 weeks.
Shipping Damages or Shortages: Packages should be checked upon delivery for
damage or shortages. The carrier must be informed and note either of these
conditions. Any damages or shortages must also be reported to Gift Baskets By
NCN within 48 hours of receiving of your order.
Incorrect Address, Not In On 3 Delivery Attempts, or Change
of Address Charges: All orders that
cannot be delivered and are returned to Gift Baskets By NCN due to the
following: (incorrect address, no-one available to accept delivery, requests to
change an address once the order has been placed) will be charged for the
additional shipping to re-send the order. Unfortunately, UPS will
not refund the shipping cost and therefore we must pass this cost on if you
have provided incorrect information. In fact UPS
charges us an additional $5.00 per package, so please be sure to provide a
valid address that a package can be delivered to successfully.
Refused Package: All
orders that are refused upon deliver will be cancelled upon return. All money
collected on said orders will be refunded less the shipping and handling
charges.
Shipping on Customer UPS
Account or Common Carrier Collect: We do
not offer this service on the Gift Baskets By NCN web site. Please contact a
customer service representative should you require further assistance. Please
see SHIPPING METHODS and COSTS for more information.
Area of Delivery: We will ship to any US
destination serviced by United Parcel Service (UPS)
except for APO and
FPO’s (due to the 9/11 USPS regulations).
Shipping Damage: If
you receive an item that is broken due to shipping damage or some other event
prior to its arrival, you MUST make a claim within two (2) Business days. If
the claim is made within two business days, we will issue you a prepaid label
for you to return the item to our warehouse and we will send you a replacement
at no additional cost upon receiving the returned item. Not applicable to orders outside the continental
United States.
If you are in need of the item, you may elect to have us
send the replacement in advance along with the prepaid return shipping label.
If this option is elected you will be charged for the entire cost of sending
you the replacement in advance, this charge will be refunded once we have
received the item being returned. In some cases we may instruct you to hold the
item inspection and pickup by the Carrier, such as UPS. In
other cases you may be instructed to bring the item with our prepaid return
shipping label to the nearest UPS Store
or Post Office for drop off.
If the item is returned but determined that it
was damaged after its delivery and not prior to its delivery, then the standard
return policy will be applied and all of the additional cost will be at your
expense. We reserve the right to be the sole determining party as it relates to
this policy. If the claim is not made within two business days, our standard
Return Policy and Procedure will
apply.
