Return Information

 Return Policy:  We guarantee the quality of all the products available on our website.  If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our products, or it arrives damaged, we will resend the order or issue a refund or credit.  If you have an issue with the quality of our products please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation. All orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Order Cancellations:  Once an order is placed and begins the fulfillment process, it becomes difficult to cancel. Should you need to cancel an order prior to shipment we will do our best to stop it. However, if we are unable to stop it from shipping then it must go through the return policy and procedures. Special orders may not be cancelled. To attempt a cancellation please call us immediately and/or e-mail us. The order should not be considered cancelled until we have acknowledged that we were able to stop the shipment. Again, there is no guarantee of cancellation once the order is submitted! 
 
Product Returns:  Our Return Policies are based on the product, order type, value and destination. Gift Baskets By NCN reserves the right to choose and administer the correct return policy for your order.
 
Return for Exchange or Refund:  Types of returns accepted: All defective products.
     Exceptions:
       Health and Beauty items if opened are non-returnable 
       Food products of any type are non-returnable
       Other items may have special return policies
       20% restock fee for all non-defective merchandise
 
Shipping and Handling: All returns must be sent to us prepaid, ALL Shipping and Handling charges are an expense paid to a third party and are NON-Refundable.  
 
Shipping Damage:  If you receive an item that is broken due to shipping damage or some other event prior to its arrival, you MUST make a claim within two (2) Business days. If the claim is made within two business days, we will issue you a prepaid label for you to return the item to our warehouse and we will send you a replacement at no additional cost upon receiving the returned item.  If you are in need of the item, you may elect to have us send the replacement in advance along with the prepaid return shipping label. If this option is elected you will be charged for the entire cost of sending you the replacement in advance, this charge will be refunded once we have received the item being returned. In some cases we may instruct you to hold the item inspection and pickup by the Carrier. In other cases you may be instructed to bring the item with our prepaid return shipping label to the nearest UPS Store or Post Office for drop off.  If the item is returned but determined that it was damaged after its delivery and not prior to its delivery, then the standard return policy will be applied and all of the additional cost will be at your expense. We reserve the right to be the sole determining party as it relates to this policy. If the claim is not made within two business days, our standard Return Policy and Procedure will apply.
